This all-levels class is designed to embrace differences that exist all around us, both in yoga and everyday life. Take the conversation around inclusivity of identities, bodies, and levels of yoga experience to your mat with some mindful movement and breathing techniques.
This donation-based practice is intended to nourish our body, breath, and mind, as well as raise money to nourish families. At least 25% of all donations will benefit Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia.
There is no cost for this event but we do ask that you register to save your spot.
