Mindfulness Workshop: A Meditation on Eating

What is mindfulness and what does it have to do with eating?

In this workshop, learn to practice meditation for conscious eating. We will explore how the foods we choose connect us to our local community as well as to those who worked to plant and grow it. We will also discuss ways to find gratitude for what we have and take only what we need.

This workshop will include meditation using blueberries, crackers, a fresh piece of produce and chocolate.

Please dress in comfortable clothes and bring a journal and writing utensil (no devices).

Yin-Massage (Specialty Class)

April 5th 9:15-10:15am

We are offering this much-loved class at a special time so those who usually miss out during the week can enjoy!

Nothing says self-care like yoga and massage! This hour long class is a fusion of two modalities of muscular release and relaxation. Alli will cue longer held poses and provide light massage throughout the practice. As always, props can be used for optimal comfort.

To provide the best experience for everyone attending, registration is limited and HIGHLY encouraged.
Pricing note: since this is a specialty class, regular passes to not count, although discounts do!
