Ina will lead you through postures that focus on your core and hips, then modifications to incorporate dance. Learn basic movements and how to layer them to make combinations.
Since this is a specialty class, normal passes do not count, however discounts do.
Ina has always loved to dance. In 2007, she started taking belly dance lessons and performed in her first belly dance show. In 2009, she formed a tribal troupe with two friends, dancing with them for 4 years, doing solos and group dances at various shows. She eventually branched off on her own, doing solo performances and teaching private and group lessons. Ina says "Belly Dance has changed my life in so many ways and allowed me to express my creativity, form close bonds with other women, and is my meditation". She is also a licensed massage therapist and graduated from Zenya Yoga academy in Jan. 2019. She has always enjoyed yoga, and uses it with her massage clients and belly dance classes. Being able to combine the asanas and dance postures is the perfect combination for her!
